Returns Information

If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 28 days of your delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, days except where a Product is tailored to customer requirements and without fault. We will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or collection and refund of the goods. We reserve our right to recover the cost of collection. Goods will only be exchanged or refunded if the packaging is still in tacked and have not been used. Soiled goods will not be exchanged, unless they have been noted at the time of delivery, on the delivery note.

There will be a charge of £50 for every item that is returned to cover the transportation and administration costs. You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession. Where possible original wrappings must be retained and used for return.

The courier will liaise with you to arrange a mutually convenient day for collection. Once we have received confirmation that the goods have been collected and returned in good condition, we will issue the relevant refund.

Complaints and disputes

If the Buyer has a complaint about the Goods or service, the Buyer should contact Archers (Bed World) Ltd, the Seller by:

All orders for pre xmas orders must be completed by 30th November 08. Orders placed after this date may still arrive with you before xmas but will not be guaranteed. There will be no deliveries available between Xmas and the new year.
